We will be back probably at the beginning of December 2026 with relevant information regarding the important deadlines for the end of year preparation 2026 / 2027.
Opening hours and posting deadlines
During the bank holidays, your advisors are not always available to you in person. But you can also reach your convenient online, mobile or telephone banking outside our opening hours.

In deviation from our opening hours, our branches are also closed on the following days:
- Wednesday, 24.12.2025
- Thursday, 25.12.2025
- Friday, 26.12.2025
- Wednesday, 31.12.2025
- Thursday, 01.01.2026
Our colleagues will be happy to help you after Chrismas and prior to New Years Eve (29.12. and 30.12.2025). Depending on the branch, there are different service and consultation times. Check here to find out when you can meet us in person.
Posting Deadlines at the turn of the year:
Documentary orders:
Please submit your remittances that are to be posted this year to us no later than 2pm on 29.12.2025. Checks to be processed this year, please submit to us by 2pm on 23.12.2025. You may submit file escrow slips no later than 4:30pm on 30.12.2025.
Payment orders that are not to be executed until the new year in any case, please feel free to submit them to us after 31.12.2025.
Online / MobileBanking Orders:
Transfers issued on 30.12.2025 via online / mobile banking as well as at the SB (self-service) terminal by 10:30pm will still be executed in the old year. We cannot guarantee posting of the equivalent value to the target account of the transfer for payments issued on 30.12.2025.
Please do not order sales that are no longer to be executed this year until the new year.
Orders via telephone banking
Domestic payment orders (e.g. transfers and rebookings) and SEPA transfers that are to be posted to the sender in 2025 must be ordered via the voice computer by 4 pm on 30.12.2025 at the latest. (Exception: orders that exceed the respective daily limit will not be booked). We do not guarantee booking in the old year for orders placed later. Posting to the payee may not take place until the new year.
It is always possible to enter payment transaction orders at the turn of the year, but the orders will only be booked from Friday, 02.01.2026.
Securities orders via online brokerage
The last exchange trading day in 2025 is 30.12.2025. All exchanges close on this day already at 2 pm. Securities orders can be placed on all exchanges beyond the turn of the year.
Foreign notes and coins and precious metals
Sale of foreign notes and coins and precious metals (to customers)
Sales of foreign notes and coins and precious metals up to 29.12.2025 at 2.30 pm will still be dispatched in the old year.
As of 02.01.2026, business operations will resume as usual.
Purchase of foreign notes and coins and precious metals (from customers)
Credit for foreign notes and coins and precious metals deposits will be issued in "old invoice" if we receive the values by 29.12.2025 -12:00 noon.
