- You will need your valid ID card or passport.
- You can reach our DialogCenter at 0451 147-147.
You can open current accounts for more than one person (joint accounts) by telephone and in person. Simply make an appointment for this.

- Click on "Girokonto eröffnen" (open current account).
- Enter your personal data.
- Simply legitimize yourself via video legitimation. If you are already using our online banking service, you can easily verify your identity by entering a TAN. Alternatively, you can of course do this in person at one of our branches.
- Your account documents will be sent to your electronic mailbox.
- The access data for your online banking will be sent to you by mail.
- Your Sparkassen-Card (debit card) and your PIN will be sent to you separately by mail.
